I started going to water fitness classes at the gym this week because I'm trying to become physically stronger in a kinder, gentler way. I am extremely deficient in vitamin D, so it pleases me to be able to address that issue at the same time. I sunbathe after class for that, to get dry enough to drive home and in an attempt to give my albino legs some pigmentation. Four days in and they're still pretty glow-y, but slow and steady is the only way it works for me. I hope to keep this morning pool and sun routine throughout the summer. Stay tuned...

I took water aerobics at BYU before William was born. I really enjoyed it. Take a before and after picture if your legs (for color and toning)
