I finally had some time to check on my blogging peeps. Then I had time again (!) and got nothing. How rude. Apparently my peeps are too busy to update their content. Don't they know I want to be amused? How can I live vicariously through them if they have a life beyond the blog?
Then I realized that I haven't posted since the end of May. Oops.(How did it get to be the middle of June?!) Generally by this time I've hit the road or am making plans for it but I haven't been able to summon up the desire for either.
I guess we're easing into summer this year. I'm almost out of scheduled activites, though, so I will need to find some more or get the heck outta Dodge. I'm open to suggestions...
Last week the girls had sewing camp with Sister Whatcott and made darling pjs and matching "sleepover bags." Of course, we don't do sleepovers. But after the first day of soccer camp this week Anna came home and repurposed hers as a gear bag. Bet noone else has a pink bag with fairies.
The girls have been swimming with friends but I have yet to bring them to the pool... they are out in the sun a lot at soccer camp. And we had guests last week (miss you, Settles!) It may be that I am still trying to figure out how to disguise the thigh zone. Completely. But my options are limited.
How is it that men, ridiculously able to retain nice-looking legs whatever their age or size, have myriad options while I must expose this big ugly truth? Whatever.
I'm taking suggestions on that, too.

Hi Sharon-
I blogged for you this morning. You inspired me. Now you need to follow my blog for updates
As for hiding your thighs, I just keep having children so I can hide everything in the tents they call maternity bathing suits. So I'm no help. :)
I miss you too!!!! Thanks for letting us stay at your house...it was so fun!! And thanks for making me that ring...sorry but I think I MIGHT have left it there! Love ya Sis Cliff!! :)
You always make me laugh! I miss ya! I am glad that you are enjoying your summer. Ours started yesterday, yep, in the middle of June. Aah!
